Homosexual, Democratic Republic of Congo, April 29 (Reuters) – D em okraticheskaya Republic of Congo recorded a one-day record of 27 new confirmed cases of Ebola on Sunday, bringing the number to the cases last week to 126, the largest since the current outbreak in August was declared last year, the report said the Ministry of health.
The previous record was 110 confirmed cases of a couple of weeks ago.
The outbreak in the eastern part of the country is now spreading most rapidly, mainly due to a series of attacks by the police and other suspicious international response.
Over the past two months, five Ebola centers were attacked and a senior representative of the World Health Organization, was killed by police 10 days ago.
The attackers were mostly unidentified, but is believed to include both the local police and community members who are opposed to responses. Many believe that the Ebola conspiracy concocted government or foreign countries.
The current outbreak of a virus that causes severe vomiting, diarrhea and bleeding from the & # 39 is the second largest in the history of the 2013-16 epidemic in West Africa, killing more than 11,000 people.
