Nearly four months after the death of music legend Dr. Oliver Mtukudzi, Harare law firm fell from the Master of the High Court, one-page testament bequeathed all movable and immovable property of the surviving spouse, Mrs. Daisy Kudzai Mtukudzi.

"I appoint and assign Chibune & Associates legal practitioners to be the executor of my last will and administrator of my estate and effects, thereby giving and granting him all the powers provided for in the law, especially those from the assumption and substitution and direct my executor is not required to file security with the Master of the high Court in respect of his appointment ".
Dr. Mtukudzi, in accordance with the will left all of his children and his wife gave all survived.
"I hereby inherit all their properties, shares and shares in any company or companies or organizations, to my wife, Daisy Kudzai Mtukudzi was born on the second day of 1959," reads the freedom.
