Telenor launched a Buy Online service through which cellular operator customers can now purchase devices and accessories and renew their contracts. This service is available through the company's official website www.telenor.bg.
Buy Online services allow operator customers to renew their contracts and buy mobile devices or rent them to their contracts. Depending on client preferences, shipping can be as good as the customer's address, as well as the most convenient Telenor shop.
Delivery is absolutely free throughout the country. Requirements for subscription packages that were selected active at the time of delivery. In cases where prepayment is not needed, the customer chooses to send by courier, has the option to choose and how to pay for the order made – online with a bank card or cash after receiving delivery.
An update to the Buy Online service is now possible for Telenor's personal customers, which requires customers to register with the MyTelenor web portal. To buy devices and accessories without a subscription plan, registration is not needed and also possible for users who are not Telenor customers.
With Beli Online services, customers also have access to exclusive offers for various mobile device models offered by Telenor for purchases only through it, such as the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 512GB, Huawei Mate 20, Xiaomi Pocophone F1 64GB, Motorola Moto G6 Plus, and others. For the first customers of this service, Telenor also provides special gifts.
