Prince Charles first celebrated his 70th birthday with a garden party hosted by the Queen at Buckingham Palace, an event where newly married Prince Harry and Meghan Markle delayed their honeymoon. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made their first official post-wedding appearance at the party and Prince Harry even gave a speech – where he was interrupted by bees – in honor of his father.

About 6,000 representatives from Charles patronage, charities and military affiliates, as well as members of emergency services who were at the scene of the 2017 Manchester terror attack, were also present.

Four months later, ITV marked Prince Charles's 70th birthday with an October 22 variety program dubbed "We Are Most Amused and Amazed" which was included in Prince Charles's youth charity, The Prince's Trust, at the London Palladium. The two-hour specialization that Prince Charles celebrated for magic and performed by a number of world-famous magicians and comedians. This was first aired at ITV on Tuesday, November 13 at 8pm. local time.

How will Prince Charles celebrate his real birthday?

On November 14, Prince Charles's actual birthday, Prince Wales will attend a tea party at St James' Palace which honors 70 inspirational people, all nominated by the charity Age UK, who is also 70 years old this year. Then the birthday celebration of Prince Charles 2018 will then head to a private party at Buckingham Palace hosted by the Queen.
